Whats Included?
The Essential Body Health package tests 24 key blood markers, which offer an insight into your overall health, cardiovascular health, immune system function, red blood cells, blood sugar balance (a useful indicator for diabetes) and liver function.
Energy & Fitness
Do you feel like your energy levels are less than optimal? Testing to check the levels of your red and white blood cells gives an insight into if there are any imbalances there, such as different types of anaemia which can lead to low energy and lack of concentration.
Focus
Spikes and lows in blood sugar can be linked with lack of focus and energy. Unbalanced blood sugar can also lead to diabetes. The HbA1c marker in this test gives an indication of your blood sugar balance over the last 3 months.
Heart Health

Immunity
Measuring your white blood cells gives an insight into your immune health. A low white cell count could indicate your immune system is low, making you more prone to infection, whereas a high result could indicate a current infection, underlying disease, a reaction to a food or medication or point to other causes of an overproduction of immune cells.

How Long Will Your Test Take?
The Essential Body Health results will be available to you within 72 hours from arrival at the laboratory.
Once the laboratory receive your sample they will begin to process it the same day. When this is completed the raw data report is reviewed by our Doctor, who will also consider your answers to the personalised health questionnaire before releasing to you within your Living DNA portal.
