Explore your Essential Body Health
This inclusive blood test investigates your health essentials, including heart health, immune system, blood sugar balance and diabetes risk, as well as liver function markers providing a foundational starting point to explore and improve your health and wellbeing.
Whats Included?
The Advanced TRT Testosterone package allows you to carefully track your testosterone levels, whilst also investigating 43 other markers of whole body health. In addition to checking your hormone balance, this test also gives you an insight into your liver and kidney function, blood sugar balance, metabolism, prostate health, muscle health, cardiovascular health and more.
TRT is a treatment for testosterone deficiency.
**Oestradiol is not available when a finger prick sample is used
Energy and Fitness
Do you feel like your energy levels are less than optimal? Testing to check the levels of your red and white blood cells gives an insight into if there are any imbalances there, such as different types of anaemia which can lead to low energy and lack of concentration.
Focus
Highs and lows in blood sugar can be linked with lack of focus and energy. Unbalanced blood sugar can also lead to diabetes. The HbA1c marker in this test gives an indication of your blood sugar balance over the last 3 months.
Heart Health
Cholesterol is an essential component of our body, being used to make many different hormones, including oestrogen and testosterone. There are two different types of cholesterol, both of which are measured in this test and have different functions in the body.
Detox
Do you feel a bit sluggish or weighed down? Our body naturally detoxes all the time and our liver plays many roles in the process of removing unwanted chemicals or toxins from the blood. This package includes a range of tests to investigate liver health.
Metabolism
Your thyroid is responsible for producing hormones that control metabolism; how efficiently your body burns its fuel and provides energy for movement and growth. Metabolism also affects your body temperature, sleep, mood, weight and heart rate.
Electrolytes
A kidney function test will tell you lots about your electrolytes - important chemicals that regulate your hydration, blood pressure, blood acidity, nerve and muscle function, and nearly all chemical reactions in the body. Electrolytes are also essential minerals the body needs before, during and after exercise to maintain homeostasis, and maximise your workout.
Prostate Health
Problems with the prostate can lead to symptoms such as difficulty starting and stopping urinating, feeling like you're not fully able to empty your bladder and waking up frequently during the night to urinate. A raised level of PSA may indicate a range of things including inflammation of the prostate gland, growth of the prostate gland, urinary tract infection or prostate cancer.
Power
Testosterone is an important male hormone, regulating the body's response to activity and exercise including promoting muscle mass, bone growth, equalising fat distribution and building strength. It's also involved in the production of red blood cells.
